Headcover designs & styles

Arch design

Starting at $115

This is a 3-piece design that is shaped to fit the club right out of the box.  It is the most complicated and expensive design but it also allows for the most design freedom. 

Sock style

Starting at $80

The 2-piece sock design is the most simple and common style you’ll see.  The front and back are cut to be identical so you end up with a very straightforward and symmetrical look.

Barrel Style

Starting at $80

Barrel is a simple 2 piece design.  It has the most flat surfaces and the designs can be seen pretty well from all angles.  It also doesn’t have a front and a back so it allows for larger and more continuous designs.

Wing design

Starting at $95

Wing is a 3-piece design where the backside is created by 2 different “wing” shaped pieces.  Those pieces create a shape that fits the club similar to the Arch design but is a little more straightforward and clean.

Custom liners

Choose your liner artwork, color, and material.  Any design can be printed and used as a liner.

Printed designs

Designs can be printed directly onto the leather to give a very smooth and seamless look.  This is especially good for photorealistic or complex designs.

Leather applique

Applique are pieces that are cut out of leather and sewn on.  You can add simple designs, letters, stripes, and more.

Premium top grain genuine leather

All headcovers are made with premium top grain genuine leather for long lasting durability and quality. 

Custom embroidery

Get your custom logos or designs embroidered right on to the leather where it will last forever.

Endless color options

We have more than 25 different colors of leather for you to choose from.  Don’t see the color you’re envisioning?  We can order it and get basically any color or texture you can think of.

Laser etched

A C02 laser burns your design into the leather.  This technique creates a unique look that wears well and lasts forever.

FAQ

How much does it cost?

Prices vary significantly depending upon your color, material, and design choices.  However, prices start at $70 and can get up to $300.  Most Headcovers will land between $125 and $175.

An example of a $70 headcover would be the selection of a simplified style, like the Sock, and a pre-exisiting design with only changes in colors.

A $300 headcover would be one that includes a complex design with custom logos, fonts, leather appliqué, embroidery, and non-standard material choices.

How long does it take?

It can take anywhere between a week to more than a month. 

The more customizations you select, and the more headcovers you order, the longer the process will generally take.

If you are also selecting unique materials, it will also take longer as those material must be procured first before any work can begin.

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes!  Absolutely.  The larger and more detailed your logo, the better the results are as well.  

What materials are your headcovers made from?

Unless an alternative material is choosen by the customer, all headcovers are made from real top-grain premium quality leathers.  In many cases, the leathers are the same ones used by high-end and boutique fashion brands.  

The liner materials can vary widely but fleece is the most common used as it is the softest and most protective.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes.  We are happy to offer international shipping.  Simply fill out the quote form to get started and mention that you will be shipping internationally.  

What headcovers can I get?

We make Driver, Mini-Driver, Fairway Wood, Hybrid, Blade Putter, and Mallet Putter headcovers.  

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No.  There is no minimum order quantity.  If you have an idea for a single custom headcover, I'd be happy to make it for you.  

Can I order headcovers for my corporate event, tournament, or buddies trip?

Sure!  We can absolutely do headcovers for your event.  Please just keep in mind that the normal lead time for a single custom headcover is several weeks.  If you need 50 headcovers for your event, it may take more than a month before they can be delivered.

All prices displayed below are on a per use basis.  For example, if you used 1 strip of piping, it would be $10, if you used 3, it would be $30.

Basic text embroidery $10-$15
Names and 2 or 3 word sayings.
Large/complex text embroidery $20-$35
Longer sayings or text that covers a large area.
Basic design embroidery $20-$30
A design that is small and is only 1-3 colors.
Complex design embroidery $40-$70
A design that is larger or is more than 3 colors.
Whole cover embroidery $40-$80
A design that emcompasses the whole front panel of the headcover. It could be one large design or a smaller design that is repeated in a pattern.
Piping $10
The strip of leather that is sewn into the seams of the headcover. It is often used to help create color contrast and also helps the headcover maintain its shape and structure.
Printed design $20-$40
Send me a design and have it printed onto your leather. Much like a design can be printed on to a t-shirt, your design can also be printed onto leather.
Custom liner material $20-$40
Every headcover comes with a solid color fleece liner. If you'd like a different material or something with a pattern, we can do that.
Customer design custom liner material $30-$50
Have an idea for a design or pattern and want to get it put into the liner? Imagine a cat shooting laser beams out of it's eyes while riding on the back of a velociraptor! We can design it and print it for you!
Embossing $60-$100
Embossing is the process of taking a stamp and pressing a design into the leather. This can only be done effectively on certain (veg-tan) leathers. It also requires the creation of the stamp, with your design, so additional lead times apply.
Leather applique $5-$40
Leather applique is when you sew on an additional layer of leather on top of your main headcover piece. Traditionally, this is done with things like numbers and stripes but it can be anything.
Multi-Layered Leather Applique $20-$100
Want to take your design to the next level? A multi-layered leather applique is when you sew on more than one layer of leather on top of your base layer. It's great for simple multi-colored designs and adds an ultra-premium look
