Refund and Returns Policy

  • All orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the original delivery. Unless the items have been altered in a meaningful way, there are signs of significant wear, or they have been damaged by the user, they are eligible.  

  • Each customer may return items once per year per category (irons, wedges, drivers, etc.)

  • If a customer wishes to return a 2nd order, in any given category, during one year, they are eligible but will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

  • All orders are held to the 30 days from original delivery timeframe.  Special exceptions may be made but are not guaranteed and are made on a case by case basis by the company.

  • Custom golf clubs that are personalized with metal stamps, paint, or ferrules are eligible for return but will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

  • A full refund or credit will be issued depending upon the customers request.

  • If an item arrived defective or damaged it will be replaced with no cost to the user

  • All items sold are covered by the Orginial Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) warranty.

  • A “meaningful way” is defined as a change or alteration of the original shaft, grip, or clubhead.  If a new grip or shaft is installed, a club head painted, personalization or stamping has been done, or labels have been removed.  We retain the right to deem a change significant outside of the items listed above.  Changes such as an alteration of an adjustable hosel position are not deemed as meaningful.
