Refunds and Returns
- All orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the original delivery. Unless the items have been altered, there are signs of wear, or they have been damaged, they are eligible.
- A customer may return an eligible order for just the cost of shipping. However, if a customer wishes to return a 2nd eligible order during the same year, they are can but will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All orders are held to the 30 days from original delivery timeframe. Special exceptions may be made but are not guaranteed and are made on a case by case basis by the company.
- If an item arrived defective or damaged it will be replaced with no cost to the user
- All items sold are covered by the Orginial Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) warranty
