While nothing will ever beat hitting outdoors, on grass, with premium golf balls, using a radar-based launch monitor, and testing some of the 10,000 options, those fitting experiences are very few and far between. That type of fitting experience is also expensive, time consuming, and often requires you to travel a significant distance.
Compared to your most common fitting experiences, our Online Fitting Consultation is more convenient, faster, a better value, and just as beneficial to your game.

Survey & Consultation Details
The Survey Details
From the menu below, pick the survey for the club(s) that you would like to be fit fit for.
Each survey should take between 10 and 30 minutes to complete. The surveys range between 30 and 60 total questions and are the most detailed and comprehensive questionaires on the internet.
Each has been specially designed to ask only the most important questions that apply to your selected fitting. Most of the questions can be answered with just your golf game knowledge. However, there are some optional questions that require the use of a camera, measuring stick, a launch monitor, and your current golf clubs. While these questions are optional, the more information you can input the more accurate your fitting recommendation will be.
At the end of each survey you will sign up for a 30-minute follow-up video consultation at a time of your choosing. You will also be asked to pay $40 for the Fitting Service. Your payment secures your Video Consulation time slot. However, with the purchase of any equipment a $40 credit is applied making the whole fitting service FREE. If you choose not to purchase equipment, the $40 will not be credited.
The Consultation Details
The Video Consultation is where you will find out what our expert fitters recommendations are for you!
Once you have completed your survey, our fitter will manually review the results and prepare a pre-call recommendation. During the video call you will discuss your survey results, the recommendation, and any questions that you may have. At the end of the Consultation, a final recommendation will be made and you will have the opportunity to order those clubs, if you so choose.
Clubs can be shipped to any address of your choosing. You will also be given full access to your recommended specifications and estimated shipping dates.
The Video Consutlation is signed up for at the conclusion of each Fitting Survey. You will be able to select a time, from our calendar, that works best for you. Each Consultation is hosted on Google Meet and reminder emails will be automatically sent out.
The total cost of the Online Fitting Consultation is $40. Howevever, with the purchase of any equipment a full credit will be applied to your order.
What you'll need to complete each survey
You'll need a measuring device. A flexible measuring tape works best but a tape measuring or a ruler and string will also work.
You'll be measuring several things like hand size, height, and wrist-to-floor.
You'll need a camera. Whether you use your smart phone, a DSLR, or a point and shoot does not matter.
You will take pictures of your current clubs to help us better evaluate your answers and find your best fit
You will need your current set of golf clubs. We will be asking questions about how you hit your current clubs and will ask you to take pictures of them so we can evaluate their specifications.
If you do not have clubs, that is no issue and this does not apply.
If you know your launch monitor metrics include them in the survey. It adds an extra layer of certainty to our recommendations.

The cost of the Online Club Fitting Consulation is $40. However, at the end of the Consulation, if you choose to purchase the club(s), the fee is waived and included into the price of your club purchase.
The total time commitment is anywhere between 40 minutes and an hour.
The survey takes most people anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes depending upon a few factors.
Atfter the survey, there is a 30-minute one-on-one video consulation included.
No. Custom golf clubs do not inherently cost more. The price you see at your local big box store is the same price you’ll pay here.
Some custom grips, shafts, finishes, and colors can cost more. However, during our survey, we ask you specifically about your preferences between budget and performance as well as any particular budget you have.
If you have a strict budget we will stick to that.

Most custom orders are currently taking anywhere between one and two weeks to arrive.
Some custom or exotic options can increase that time span but not by a significant margin.
Most every order should be expected to arrive in less than an month, worst case scenario.
Refund and return policy
- All orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the original delivery. Unless the items have been altered in a meaningful way, there are signs of significant wear, or they have been damaged by the user they are eligible.
- Each customer may return items once per year per category (irons, wedges, drivers, etc.)
- If a customer wishes to return a 2nd order, in any given category, during one year, they are eligible but will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All orders are held to the 30 days from original delivery timeframe. Special exceptions may be made but are not guaranteed and are made on a case by case basis by the company.
- Custom golf clubs that are personalized with metal stamps, paint, or ferrules are eligible for return but will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- A full refund or credit will be issued depending upon the customers request.
- If an item arrived defective or damaged it will be replaced with no cost to the user
- All items sold are covered by the Orginial Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) warranty.
- A “meaningful way” is defined as a change or alteration of the original shaft, grip, or clubhead. If a new grip or shaft is installed, a club head painted, personalization or stamping has been done, or labels have been removed. We retain the right to deem a change significant outside of the items listed above. Changes such as an alteration of an adjustable hosel position are not deemed as meaningful.

If you do not like the custom golf clubs that you ordered, you are eligible for an additional free video consultation. During that consultation a solution identified. If necessary, clubs can be returned and will follow our refund and return policy.
First, select the Online Fitting Consultation for the club(s) you wish to get a recommendation for. Then take the online quiz. At the end of the quiz, you will be asked to select a time for the video consulation and to pay for the service. Once that is complete, we will host you for the One-on-One online video consulation. Our PGA Master Fitting Professional will cover your survey results, answer any questions you have, and make your recommendation to you. At the end of the consultation, you will be delivered your full specifications sheet and you will have the option to purchase the golf clubs. Once the clubs have been paid for, they will be ordered and then they will be shipped straight to your door.
